Why Is the Add To Cart
Quantity Box Not Available? |

Your order
may be highlighted for various reasons. Your OCS Provider may have changed
the product SKU of an item on your order in their system. Therefore the item
is still available, but just under a different item number. Your OCS
Provider may also have changed the unit of measure or the quantity that the
item is sold in. Again, the item is probably still available, but just sold
in a different unit and/or quantity. |

How Can I Place My Order If a
Change Has Occurred? |

If your
order is not available to purchase via the History Screen, it indicates a
change has occurred and therefore some item(s) are not available to purchase
either by the same product SKU, unit of measure, or quantity. To remedy this
and place your order, simply search for the item(s) that have changed on the
Search Page. Add the updated item(s) to your cart as well as any items that
didn't change in your order that you would like to purchase. Then complete
the checkout process as normal. You can then go back into the History screen
and see that you can now purchase your new order. If, for some reason, you
cannot find your product online, just contact your OCS provider, and they
will help you find the items you are looking for and explain the changes to
you. |
