If your cart is empty and you have added items to it, make sure that you have entered a quantity in the quantity box before adding the item to your cart. We do not set default quantity values as most customers order various quantities of supplies.

Your Supply List provides a way for you to save your favorite or frequently purchased products and store them later for quick shopping all from one page! As you shop, next to each item you will see an "Add To My Supply List" button. Click on the button and the item will be added to your supply list for quick and easy shopping the next time you visit GreenOfficeStore.com! You must be logged in order to use the My Supply List feature.

Do you offer billing via Invoice (Terms)?

How do I checkout if I have a terms account?
For customers who have an account, you must login in order to checkout. Logging in allows us to to validate your account and keep your information secure. The only difference you will notice during checkout is on the billing information page. You will type in your account number and leave all the credit card fields blank. This will ensure your order is placed on your account.

If I have a terms account, can I still pay by credit card?
Yes. During the checkout process, simply enter your credit card information and leave the account number field blank on the payment page. Your credit card will be billed and the order will go into our system as paid.

Do you offer discounts for large quantity orders?

Delivery to Street Addresses within the Continental US (P.O. Boxes & APO/FPO see next section)
  • Our standard shipping cost is $8.95 for all orders under $100. For orders over $100 shipping is FREE!


  • GreenOfficeStore.com offers 1-2 day shipping on nearly all of our orders. While we cannot guarantee the arrival date of your shipment, orders received before 3:00 p.m. (your local time) generally ship same business day and usually arrive the next business day. For orders received after 3:00 p.m., items generally ship the next business day. Because we utilize a system of more than 35 warehouses, your order should arrive within 1-2 days of the shipping date.


  • Certain GreenOfficeStore.com items originate directly from carefully selected vendors and manufacturers. Items shipped direct from the vendor may require an earlier order placement time and/or require longer delivery times. Products may be delivered in separate shipments.


  • Orders typically ship by UPS Ground, however some items cannot be shipped by UPS due to their size and/or weight. These items will be shipped by a common carrier trucking company (Yellow Freight, Federal Express Ground, DHL, etc.). Shipments including these items will normally require an additional 1-4 days for delivery. Please note that delivery time is an estimate that we typically (but not always) are able to achieve. A customer may request delivery on a date certain and we will do our best to achieve this. There is no guarantee expressed or implied, but we will do our best to accommodate you.

  • If you require special delivery handling such as steps, carry up, unpacking, set-up and installation; please make note this in the comments area of your order. Your order will be placed on Hold until we can contact you to see what arrangements you require for the delivery and quote you the additional costs. Additional charges for these services once agreed on, will be charged separately to your credit card after the service is performed.

  • Business days are defined as Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.

Delivery to P.O. Boxes & APO/FPO
  • We are happy to offer delivery to PO Boxes & APO/FPO addresses. Because many of our suppliers ship via UPS, orders can not be shipped directly from them to these addresses. Orders placed for shipment to these addresses are delivered to GreenOfficeStore.com's main warehouse where it is re-shipped to the appropriate address.

  • Please allow an additional 1-2 days delivery time for these orders.

  • Shipments to PO Boxes & APO/FPO addresses sometimes require a slightly higher freight charge. In this event, GreenOfficeStore.com will contact you prior to your order being processed to discuss any additional fees.

International Shipments
  • We are happy to offer delivery to many international addresses. Because many of our suppliers ship via UPS, orders can not be shipped directly from them to these addresses. Orders placed for shipment to these addresses are delivered to GreenOfficeStore.com's main warehouse where it is re-shipped to the appropriate address.

  • Please allow an additional 2-3 days delivery time for these orders.

  • Shipments to international addresses sometimes require a slightly higher freight charge. In this event, GreenOfficeStore.com will contact you prior to your order being processed to discuss any additional fees.

GreenOfficeStore.com will credit 100% all office supplies returned in their original packing within 30 days. Contact us to arrange a pickup at our cost by emailing orders@greenofficestore.com, using our Live Customer Service Chat feature, or calling us at 201-882-0153.

Important: Please do not discard the shipping materials/packaging for your order. Items not in their original packaging are not returnable for credit or replacement. If goods are damaged on delivery, please refuse the shipment and notify customer service immediately. Note any visible damage to cartons on unassembled items on the bill of lading/delivery ticket before signing and accepting any shipment. Any claims for concealed damaged or missing items must be made within 48 hrs.

After 30 days, we cannot guarantee that we will be able to accept merchandise returns & restocking fees may apply.

Please make sure you have contacted GreenOfficeStore.com's customer service to obtain an RMA# (Return Merchandise Authorization) prior to packing merchandise to be returned.

How do I cancel an order once it is placed?

If a tracking number has been issued for a particular order, it will display below the order number. Just click to track. Why does the packing slip have other supplier information printed on it when I receive my orders?
In order to ensure quick delivery of your order, GreenofficeStore.com works with a variety of wholesalers in different locations. Most often, your order will be filled by the location closest to the shipping address for you order. Some of these wholesalers include paperwork of their own in the packaging. In order to keep costs low & pass those savings on to our customers, we work with a geographically varied group of suppliers. Sometimes when an order ships from a partners warehouse you may receive paperwork with another company's name on it. This is similar to what Amazon.com does. Rest assured that you order payment and any customer service or return issues are handled by GreenOfficeStore.com.

I just received an order reminder. What is it and why did I receive this?
Order reminders are sent out monthly by GreenOfficeStore.com. They are friendly reminders that your supplies may be running low or announcing a promotion. The link provided in the email reminder will automatically log you into the GreenOfficeStore.com website. You receive email reminders by clicking on a checkbox during your account creation, opt-ing in to GreenOfficeStore.com communciations. You can opt-out of receiving email reminders by changing your email preferences under the My Account section.

I have searched for a Green Product and cannot find it. What should I do?
While we don't like to hear this, sometimes it happens. In the world of eco friendly office products, some items simply do not have a "green" equivalent. However, we always want you to contact us when you cannot locate a product. We may be able to find it using our inventory software. If it is not something we carry, we are always interested in offering new green products that our customers are looking for. Let us know and perhaps we can establish a relationship with the company that carries the green products you use.
